Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 07, 2026

Pine & Paw Reserve operates by reservation so that guests can enjoy a private, predictable, and peaceful experience.

Please review this policy before booking.

1. Reservations

Reservations must be made through the Pine & Paw Reserve booking system or through an approved booking platform.

A reservation is valid only for:

  • The date selected
  • The reserved time period
  • The designated number of guests/dogs
  • The area identified in the reservation

Reservations may not be transferred, resold, or shared without authorization.

2. Reservation Time

Your reservation begins and ends at the times shown in your confirmation.

Please plan your arrival so that you can enter the property safely without extending into another guest's reservation.

Guests are responsible for leaving the property at the end of their reserved time.

3. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your reservation will generally still end at the originally scheduled time.

Late arrival does not automatically extend the reservation.

For example, if your reservation is from 2:00–3:00 PM and you arrive at 2:20 PM, the reservation still ends at 3:00 PM.

4. Early Departure

Leaving early does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you need to leave because of an unexpected issue, please contact Pine & Paw Reserve when reasonably possible.

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled sufficiently in advance may qualify for a refund or credit according to the cancellation schedule displayed at the time of booking.

The cancellation policy applicable to a reservation will be identified at the time of booking.

6. Rescheduling

When permitted by availability and the applicable cancellation policy, a reservation may be rescheduled rather than cancelled.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

A rescheduled reservation is subject to available dates and times.

7. Weather Cancellations by Pine & Paw Reserve

Because Pine & Paw Reserve is an outdoor property, severe or unsafe weather may require temporary closure.

Examples may include:

  • Dangerous storms
  • High winds
  • Unsafe heat
  • Ice
  • Heavy snow
  • Flooding
  • Dangerous trail or ground conditions
  • Other conditions that make use of the property unsafe

If Pine & Paw Reserve closes for weather or another safety-related reason, affected guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will receive the applicable refund, credit, or rescheduling option.

8. Customer Weather Cancellations

Guests are responsible for deciding whether weather conditions are appropriate for their dog and themselves.

If the property remains open but you choose not to attend because of weather, the normal cancellation policy applies unless Pine & Paw Reserve announces otherwise.

9. No-Shows

A reservation is considered a no-show when the guest does not arrive for the reservation and has not cancelled or contacted Pine & Paw Reserve within the applicable cancellation period.

No-shows generally are not eligible for refunds.

Repeated no-shows may affect future reservation privileges.

10. Changes to a Reservation

Requests to change the date, time, number of dogs, or other reservation details are subject to availability and applicable policies.

Pine & Paw Reserve cannot guarantee that a requested change will be available.

11. Property Closure

Pine & Paw Reserve may temporarily close all or part of the property for:

  • Maintenance
  • Repairs
  • Safety concerns
  • Severe weather
  • Environmental conditions
  • Emergencies
  • Special events
  • Other operational reasons

When a closure affects an existing reservation, Pine & Paw Reserve will provide the applicable notice and remedy.

12. Special Bookings

Special events, larger groups, professional training, photography, filming, commercial activities, and other non-standard uses may require advance approval and may be subject to different pricing, rules, deposits, or cancellation requirements.

Please contact Pine & Paw Reserve before booking if your intended use falls outside ordinary private recreational use.

13. Reservation Holder Responsibility

The person making the reservation is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information.
  • Following the Property Rules.
  • Following the Terms & Conditions.
  • Supervising all dogs and guests.
  • Ensuring the number of people and dogs does not exceed the reservation limits.
  • Leaving the property on time.
  • Reporting damage, injuries, escapes, or other significant incidents.

14. Changes by Pine & Paw Reserve

Pine & Paw Reserve reserves the right to modify reservation availability, operating hours, pricing, policies, or procedures when necessary.

If a change materially affects an existing reservation, Pine & Paw Reserve will provide notice when reasonably possible.
